The 3rd workshop of the Gesellschaft fuer Universitaets- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte (GUW) (“Association for university history and history of science”) will take place at Essen, Germany. This international workshop focuses especially on university history of the 19th and 20th centuries and offers PhD candidates and early career scholars an opportunity to exchange on their current projects. Sarah Dellmann from the Research Team Utrecht presented a paper based on her research on lantern slides in the archives of the University Museum Utrecht.
